TUAction at TSG State of Campus Address

Today, TUAction was introduced at the monthly State of the Campus address. We were given an opportunity to speak about our platform and also field some questions from students. Thank you to everyone who was there to support us.

We also hung our first flyers (see above) around campus this afternoon. Look out around campus for them. Thanks to everyone who saw us hanging up the flyers and offered words of encouragement.

We're also excited to welcome Dominique Wilkins to our campaign team as co-Campaign Manger and Director of Strategic Marketing. He is extremely talented, and we are very fortunate to have him.

Over the weekend, we got a video endorsement, which you can check out by visiting our Facebook group.

We've officially made "Committed to Achieving Results" our campaign slogan. The reason for this is because we are proud that our platform contains realistic objectives and achievable goals. We do not want to sway anyone's vote by making absurd promises or by using fancy rhetoric. We want to tell you exactly what we plan to do and how we plan to do it.

As always, we are incredibly thankful and appreciative of the support that you are showing us. TUAction is not about the 3 candidates; it is about improving the experience of every student at this University.

Lastly, we wanted to thank the women's basketball team for a great season. Unfortunately, we lost yesterday in the NCAA Tournament, but it was great watching the team improve during the season and achieve more than anyone expected.
